Here at tc we’re celebrating chocolate week, which you can imagine is an easier week to celebrate than most. If you’re going to indulge, make sure its fair trade chocolate from companies like divine who are sponsoring the week and who make dubble (our favourite).
Southampton is a Fairtrade city and so we’re lucky to be close by a number of shops that stock fair trade chocolate - from companies that are helping to promote good working conditions and a fair price for the cocoa beans from growers in the third world.
The Chocolate Week website has details of events that are taking place all around the country, with lots of links to tasty recipes and news of the chocolate awards.
