Ben Nevis

In case you are wondering what the tc team do outside of work, my latest triumph was climbing Ben Nevis, Britain’s highest mountain.

Starting from sea-level on the shores of Loch Linnhe, it took me four and a half hours to get to the top of the 1,344m (4,406ft) mountain. Luckily I had good weather so the views from the top were sensational. It was hard work but a real sense of achievement. I climbed Snowdon last year, so I only have to conquer Scafell Pike, which I hope to do sometime next year, and then I have covered the famous Three Peaks!
