
Last Wednesday evening I joined a delicious. food magazine reader event at Bordeaux Quay. Bordeaux Quay is a unique harbourside venue in Bristol with a restaurant, brasserie, bar, deli, bakery and cookery school. I was particularly interested in the restaurant because the management and staff work hard to make the whole experience as environmentally responsible as possible. The food and wine were wonderful, as was the service and the company, the people on my table were great fun! Can’t wait to go back! Maybe I should suggest to the other members of total coverage to sign up for the cookery school.
