I recently had a wonderful Saturday evening with family and friends at Meyrick Park in Bournemouth. Conductor Nicolae Moldoveanu together with the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra performed music by Mozart, Rimsky-Korsakov, Dvorak, Mendelssohn, Mussorgsky and Tchaikovsky as part of the 1812 Classical Extravaganza. The music and fireworks were spectacular and the weather was brilliant, no umbrellas required!
