Last weekend I was a guest speaker at The Co-operative Explained event organised by the Co-operative Group South West Region. The aim of the event was to give Co-operative Group members more information about the wider Co-operative Movement, The Co-operative and co-operation. My presentation included a brief history of total coverage, why we are a co-op and the benefits and challenges of working in a workers’ co-operative. The whole event went really well and received great feedback from all the members.
