Last week I went back to college on behalf of total coverage. In partnership with the Co-operative Fund and Co-operativesUK the Co-operative College designed a specialist learning event for members of worker co-operatives. The topics we covered on the two day course were Co-operative Identity & Developing Active Members and Financial Decision Making.
The inspiring event was held at the Birmingham University Conference Park and tailored to examine issues from a worker co-operative perspective. The course was fun, interactive, encouraged networking and a sharing of experiences with fellow co-operators from England, Scotland and Wales.
