Last Tuesday, Total Coverage was thrilled to be invited to the official launch of Who Made Your Pants? at the Civic Centre in Southampton. The underwear factory worker co-operative empowers marginalised women by offering them flexible employment, education and a social and community space. The founder, Becky John, set up the company as an alternative to ‘sweat shop’ clothes production. She says:”It’s about providing opportunities for marginalised women to get training, skills and jobs while making a really gorgeous ethical product.”
